A hand held emulator? Do you mean you've gotten an emulator on a portable device or you've got a portable device dedicated to emulation? Because either way, you need to be more specific.

I bought a hand held emulator and i downloaded roms from here, so now how do i transfer the roms to the physical emulator? Sorry forst time user here. Thanks in advance.
