That was another fun game but I beat it and forgot how to do the 5th level with the trampolines and the trapeezes...
The 115-in-1 release included several games that weren't released in America. Circus Charlie was one of them.
Anyway, I fond a link without too much trouble. No guarantee it even works, as I don't have time right now to even test it out. :(
