This is a post more suited to the request board and I think all of these have been answered at one point or another as to why they aren't here.
The WiiWare and DSiware stuff is still for sale isn't it? If so that's the reason it's not available. And as for the non-US games I remember there being a thread somewhere where Vimm explained why there aren't a lot of those games (Terranigma being an often requested game that's missing from the vault, for example). I don't remember exactly why that's the case though and it's take some digging to find it in the boards.
It would be nice if you could add games that weren't released in the US. I would really like to play Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels outside of Super Mario All-Stars. I don't know if it's still supported but if it's easier you could instead add only the Virtual Console games that were released outside of the US.
On a completely different note, I would appreciate if you could add WiiWare, DSiWare and Nintendo e-Reader games to the vault.
