I'm sorry to say, but Dragon Quest IV(4) is not at the location you have provided.
I found it but the ones that say t+eng I'm not sure if they work. THe link there is:

THere are also Japanse versions there too. It looks like they would work better. THere is an uncomplete patch for this game but I don't know how much is translated. The patch is on this link:
