Yeah I'm experiencing the same thing, but with an even smaller file (about 100 MB) and I've had to restart the download about 3 times and each time it creeps closer to 100% before just stopping, and this is with the 2 minute waiting period that Vimm's Lair asks for in-between downloads. I assume its due to heavy traffic, but it is strange nonetheless.

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with slow downloads. I'm trying to download Persona Revelations and I've been waiting almost an hour to DL 495 mb of data and I'm only at 194 mb. I've tried other sites so it doesn't appear to be my internet connection. I did download an emulator from this site about 2 hours ago and it downloaded fine so I'm not sure if it is just the Persona file or not. I have tried disabling my VPN but it hasn't helped either.

Thank you for making this site. I really appreciate your hard work and your excellent collection.
