If SNES9x isn't running a game properly, it can't hurt to try ZSNES and see if the same problem occurs with that emulator.

I do have to go bouncing back and forth a few times when playing SNES games, as games will run properly on one emulator and not the other.  Some games will only run in ZSNES, some will only run in SNES9x, and there's not really much of a way to fix it so you can run all games on just one emulator.  It's just a fact of SNES emulation, unfortunately.  :-(

for some odd reason, the screen turns black while i play some of the games. and I'm forced to either reset the game. How do I fix this? i'm using the Snes9x emulator, and was wondering if someone could help me.
