Anything look weird?

When I started this site long ago HTML was a bit different. Netscape 4 supported this funny new thing called CSS but no other browsers could understand it yet. Then Internet Explorer 4 came along and decided to do CSS a little differently. I wanted to make the site as compatible as possible, even going as far as to test it with Netscape 2 (frames were hideous then), so I decided not to use CSS at all for the best compatability.
Turns out that according to the latest HTML standard they're moving almost completely to CSS and don't want any formatting done using HTML anymore. Most of the techniques I use are now considered "deprecated". *grumble* Anyway, I've been trying to get comfortable using the latest HTML standard (4.01) so I figured, why not practice it here? I'm slowly converting and validating each page of the site and hopefully nobody will notice any difference. When it's done I'll have even more control of the look of the entire site, not that I'd ever really do anything with it. While I'm updating everything, does anyone have any suggestion for improvements? If not I'll just leave everything as-is and bring my code into the 21st century, but if I'm ever going to make some cosmetic changes now would be the time to do it.
