The newer Windows OSs register most old executables as being infected by a virus, even though they're not.  Any virus infecting an EXE that old isn't going to do much harm to a modern operating system, anyway.

I used to trust it until I saw in the comment section of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 that said it gave them a virus.
