name of the sick game

Hi, when i was a little 6 year old kid i used to play this real sick game on the nes but it got broken and now 13 years later i cant remember its name anymore.
Ill tell you about the game as far as i can remember.
In this game youre some dude that skates and has some kind of magic powers, your girlfriend gets kidnapped by monsters or something like that and you got to save her.
You just walk trough the levels and shoot at monsters and at the end of almost each level you fight bigg bosses and stuff
The firlst level was a carnival like setting, i also remember a water level with a huge fish boss, a cave level with a giant skeleton boss and some level with robot like enemys.
After you save your girlfriend there is a story sequence where she says something like "can you teach me those powers" and then you say something like "ill first teach you how to skate"
I also remember that the image on the cartrige was yellow colored but not what was on it.
I know its a real messed up discription but all i remember is flashbacks from 13 years ago
