ZSNES probably got confused when you moved your games around. Now it doesn't know the correct save path. To reset it, go to Config > Paths then erase the "Saves" line and press enter. Then load your FF3 ROM and it should find your saved game. This only works if your saves are in the same folder as your games. If they're not, you'll have to move them there.
