Mario Sunshine Corrupted Download

Mario Sunshine will not open, when downloaded using WinRAR it will open but the file inside is corrupted and is not an ISO it is another RAR file. Other game downloads work just fine.
I would love to play this classic title if anyone knows anything please reply.
