If you use Windows 10 I believe it can open compressed files (.zip .rar .7z etc) on its own, but I do recommend 7zip.
Hey, Sorry if this is late, but what you have to do is open up the .7z file and inside of it will be the iso you need. You will need a program called "7zip" to open up the file, you'll find it by just googling it. Hope you'll be able to enjoy the game soon!
