Woah, that usually only happens when I'm downloading SegaCD games. At least they have a reason to take so long since a lot of them are like 500MB files each. I'm not sure how to help you though.

A 10mb GBA rom file was downloaded for almost 30 minutes, I don't know why but my router was 150mbps speed.
