Is there a certain way i need to use the Wii Partitions for it to work?

Whenever I attempt to convert nkit.iso to .iso on Super Smash Bros Brawl, it claims that I am missing update partition _940B5788, I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still has the same issue. I installed the Wii Update Partitions and it still isn't working, I need help here.
