You need to extract the .7z file using 7-Zip.

Use the appropriate link for your system to install the software. You should then see an option to extract the file when you right click on it. If not, try opening 7-Zip then browsing to the .7z file through the application and extracting it that way.
The image file you want to be selecting in the emulator is usually .iso or .bin. There may be other extensions but those are the ones I've had to use.
How do I open the 7z file in the first place? Sorry really new at this.
