The Misadventures of Tron Bonne/Megaman legends

So I've read there is a lot of problems running these games with there being two bin files.

Currently I have tried to combine the files with a program, writing my own cue and yet all I've manage to get on the pscx reloaded is the capcom logo intro with the cute servbots before the game freezes on the loading screen and for the megaman legend games the capcom logo loads but then a crash.

Has anyone had any luck on getting these to run?
