There's also a chance that this emulator was touting to be a PS5 emulator, but seriously, at this point, not gonna happen. It's either something that's extremely early in development or, more likely, a virus.
Emulating and providing free games for a system that is still available from the original manufacturer is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I wouldn't expect Vimm to make a website for recent stuff: Vimm's Lair does not condone piracy.
As for the emulator you saw, it was likely an older console being emulated on a ps5: not a playstation 5 being emulated on a computer.
