Yes, they work perfectly fine on HEN, so they should work just fine on CFW. Only thing is GTA is notorious for having issues as a game-dump, and it's not a good idea to go online with one.
i also would like to know i downloaded gta:sa for ps3 but i cant unzip it on my pc for some reason. later today when i have time im gonna move it to a usb stick and try to install on my ps3
