Wii U pro controller not working on EPSXE

Hello, my issue is that I got my Wii U pro controller to work with EPSXE for a while, buy now it will not connect. Works with other emulators fine, and other controllers work with EPSXE. I may have installed something to try and use a PS3 controller (SCP or something?) and then uninstalled it...not sure if that could have screwed something up? I have the Wii U pro controller connected to a Skywin/JYS Switch USB Bluetooth adapter, and it more or less works fine. Like I said, that controller/adapter combo is working fine with every other application I try it with, and it was working just fine with EPSXE for a few weeks. Thanks!
