The Vault

When I try to open the link to The Vault, a page keeps coming up saying that a necessary cookie is missing and to return to the homepage to obtain it, returning to the homepage doesn't affect the Vault at all. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a way around it? "Keep It Simple Stupid"
