You need to go into your Windows settings and enable Cookies in your web-browser to enter that part of the site.
I believe Vimm set it up this way so that other websites couldn't direct-link to his ROMs. He can always correct me if I'm wrong, though. :-)

When I try to open the link to The Vault, a page keeps coming up saying that a necessary cookie is missing and to return to the homepage to obtain it, returning to the homepage doesn't affect the Vault at all. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a way around it?
