I honestly believe it is just because of my isp its satellite and that download is only like 4kb when downloaded but im not sure honestly
I doubt Vimm will host a link to proprietary firmware here. I really don't understand what you are having problems with. Follow the guide on the RPCS3 site and it literally walks you through installing the firmware.
