psx2psp bin file problems?

ive downloaded multiple ps1 games to convert to psp using pps12pspv1.4 and found a few issues but i worked around it and got them to work. i havent played through anything yet on the psp but i got them all to start up and it works fine as of now. if you got questions about this let me know. i am more focused on rpg games as of now "The 1st RPG I completed is still a part of me today"
