It's because it never got a US release. Unless Vimm can upload a fan-translated copy for us.

I cannot find the SNES game Terranigma on this site, which concerns me As I am a huge fan of that game... I'm not looking for a copy. I already have one I was just wondering why my favorite SNES game isn't on this site. If anyone was looking for this game I'll be willing to share it.
