Downloads are intentionally throttled here to keep bandwidth demands lower. I attempted to download Silent Hill 2 myself and it would take about 10 minutes or so on my end.
I tried a few other games like Capcom VS SNK 2 and that one seemed to work but again, it took forever to download and it wasn't even that large of a file. I'm not sure if its because of my storage because I only have an SSD and Windows is put on there too and it works finely. :P
