Can't help ya there, sorry. I've literally never used any other rom sites other than Vimm and some other random one to get a copy of Mother 3 to add the english patch to. But both Vib Ribbon and LSD Dream Emulator have been asked about before here so there's a good chance someone already commented a place to find it if you care to dig through the forum a bit.
