Do you mean you downloaded Microsoft c++ multiple times or dolphin multiple times? If you haven't tried to download Microsoft c++, then do so, I downloaded Microsoft c++ for one of the newest version of dolphin and it works after that. If you did try to download Microsoft c++ and if it won't let you download it, then you probably have an outdated or incompatible version of Microsoft c++, in which case you should try to get rid of that version and replace it with the one that dolphin is telling you.

i tried downloading dolphin and it keeps saying i need microsoft c++ or somthing and i keep downloading every version of it and it keeps saying i need to download plz help!
