3ds cia games?

Hi there

im quite new to this but since the 3ds is pretty much a discontinued console, is it possible that we will soon start seeing cia files for at least the most popular 3ds games, i know there are other sites but they redirect you to a thousand sites before you can download it and they always try to give me a virus, they also dont let you choose different region games, which is annoying since im finding it extremely diffcult to run differnet region games on my 3ds
