do you know what C++ is? this is the coding language used to make dolphin. if you don't have the latest version of C++ or whatever version dolphin requires then dolphin won't run. period. google is your friend. download C++ and you shouldn't have any problems
also i tried emulateing mario galaxy which is what i got dophin for on the old versions tht didnt need the C++ thing and it said the current version couldnt run it
