Can't download Big PS3 Games

I'm trying to download GoW 3, but I only get a max speed of 1000KBPS. ETA: 8-10 hours. The thing is I don't use computer for that long. Neither do I keep it turned on just for downloading. I tried IDM but it can't pause the download.
