They also make these adapters that let you use various wireless controllers on the switch (like if you wanted to use a ps4 or xbox controller with it). Pretty neat.

I used to use a ps4 controller using DS4 but I bought a set of controllers from a company called 8bitdo and they're the best controllers I've ever used. They're designed to be PC controllers but do also work with a nintendo switch if you have one and are bluetooth enabled. They're a little pricey but I'd say completely worth the price. I'm considering buying more.
