Nvm it was my VPN...
Thought it worked with it on before.
Not sure how to delete this but nevermind
I've only tried Wii and GameCube, but both give me a message that I'm already downloading something, which I have not in days. I restarted my computer, deleted history, nothings working. And BTW, something is definitely wrong because I'm not the only user going through this (just see other recent posts) and the error message doesn't even supply the title for the game I'm "downloading" - it's blank
If anyone can help that would be awesome but this also seems like maybe something larger (though I hope it's not)
