to elaborate...check the compatibility for RPCS3 and the specs needed to run the game. PS3 emulation is quite demanding and if you don't have the hardware its not going to run well. as far as Vimm's download speed, it varies depending on traffic. Bandwidth isn't cheap. Are you going to get gig speed on this site? No. You are getting games for free so stop whining and deal with it or find them elsewhere.
I'm confused whether this is a downloads question really or if this is about the performance of the rom itself. So what exactly is happening when you say the game doesn't work very well? Emulation isn't perfect and ps3 emulation will always take some fairly decent hardware to run. A performance issue can be anything from the emulator just not fully supporting the rom, a setting needing to be switched to off/on or your computer just not being able to handle the demands of the emulation.
