My problem isn't performance, and I assure you I'm not here to whine, I'm just checking to make sure I'm not the only one experiencing these massive rises in download speeds. I'm fully aware of the imperfections of emulation, that's not my concern, I just wanted to properly contextualize why I had tried to download the game twice, and why there were two separate instances of me downloading it, once where it only took one hour and now, it takes significantly longer, so I wanted to ask if it was just on my end and something I need to be concerned about, or if it's just the website having a rough time right now with tons of traffic.

I'm confused whether this is a downloads question really or if this is about the performance of the rom itself. So what exactly is happening when you say the game doesn't work very well? Emulation isn't perfect and ps3 emulation will always take some fairly decent hardware to run. A performance issue can be anything from the emulator just not fully supporting the rom, a setting needing to be switched to off/on or your computer just not being able to handle the demands of the emulation.
