Difference in MD5 of WindWaker

Hi all, a question about the MD5 of the WindWaker ISO (and ISOs in general).

I downloaded WW for GameCube, and unzipped to get a .nkit.iso file. I ran md5sum on this file, which gave me 839b13716aab43e1d798586794622e7b

This is obviously different to the MD5 stated on the download page: D8E4D45AF2032A081A0F446384E9261B

Are these hashes different because one has been scrubbed, and one hasn't? How would I find the hash shown on the download page?
