OK SO MAYBE YOU CAN'T ON SNES9X, BUT I CAN'T EVEN NETPLAY ON NESTOPIA (NES) AND MY BOTHER CAN ON HIS COMPUTER. WHAT I AM SAYING IS, THAT I CAN'T NETPLAY AT ALL. AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY.

Basically, SNES9X netplay wasn't popular enough to be supported.

So, it looks like you'll just have to play together on the same computer.
