You're right, that has been a fairly consistent topic over the years.  I usually hesitate to answer it since people can get pretty heated about my response depending on their intent behind asking it.  Sure, there are valid reasons for wanting to download everything at once, but the vast majority have little to do with nostalgia.  I suppose crafting a diplomatic answer wouldn't hurt.

There has been a number of requests lately for a .zip file containing all the site's ROMs. Perhaps you could add this to the FAQ with an answer explaining why there isn't one and questioning the questioners' ability ever to have time to play so many games.
