Dolphin and Metroid Prime 2 download

Anyone else having trouble with the metroid prime 2 rom? I've downloaded it and tried running it on Dolphin but it couldn't find it for some reason. Did I download it wrong? Is there an extra step in there that I'm not aware of? Any help would be nice! "There are unwritten rules, even in the Arena. Tread carefully."
