There can be a few factors on why some games won't load.
1: They're just not supported yet. There is nothing you can really do to fix this, you'll just have to wait for compatibility.
2: Your specs aren't good enough. This usually isn't a problem if you can run some games, but it can be a problem.
3: You need specific settings. Some games don't work with certain settings like what they use to render 3D and such.

Not sure if this A-Spec one is the correct game? I never really played much Gran Turismo back in the day so I don't know if this is a different version of 3 or the only version of 3, just with a sub name. Either way, check these wikis for any similar problems you might have and any fixes that are stated.
Hello, I'm trying to figure out why my ps2 plays some games I downloaded from this site and doesn't play some? I downloaded GTA:SA and WWE 2007 and they both worked great, I also downloaded Tekken 5 and gran turismo 3 and neither of them worked???? can someone help me on why this is happening?
