Well looking at the requirements for rpcs3 Your specs such as the i5-10210U and 8.00GB Installed RAM should be sufficient to run properly. Listed under the compatibility page both games are under the playable section with no issues given. What do you have for graphics on the laptop?

I have an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U @ 1.60Hz 2.11GHz processor and a 8.00GB Installed RAM
