Integrated graphics have been seen to cause a lot of problems for people on quite a few emulators. I have a solid feeling the iGPU is far too weak for anything serious.
According to what you posted I dont see anything apparent that signals the issue. Some games run better at different levels. What are you trying to have them run at 720p, 1080p, or higher?
