you go from the underwater pipe screen...and u swim up/right direction for a screen or two and u will see a pip on the right side of the screen thats by itself. then u get out of the water and get to the top part of the screen where there is a pipe wiith a half-wall thing near it with like..columns. u have to walk under that and along the back wall and jump to that pipe that is by itself. that will lead u to a green exclamation mark block that drains the water..then u know what to do from there. IT might sound confusing to explain here..if u cant follow that go to gamefaqs
i just got to kero sewers and i cant find the way. how do u get to the underwater pipe
