Suggestion 1: Gamefaqs has a guide on how to beat Tyson. I don't know how good it is, but it's there.
(wow, I'm suggesting Gamefaqs.com a whole lot!)
Suggestion 2: Use cheats, such as Game Genie or edit memory values using your emulator's Cheat system.
Suggestion 3: Utilize the power of an Emulator...
Savestates--Place a save shortly before the match, and you can fight him all you want! Also, save frequently (in different slots) and you can reload if you mess up
Slowdown--I'm sure he's MUCH easier at 25% speed
Suggestion 4: Try to get KO'd in the first or second round. That way he can't knock you out in the third!
Suggestion 5: Get a Nintendo Power Gauntlet. Then punch the screen with it. Tyson can't knock you out if he can't see you XD

I can beat all of the fighters on the game in 1 or 2 rounds, including Super Macho Man, but Mike Tyson I can't beat at all. I can get to third round, but he always KOs me in the third. Any suggestions?
