Yeah, the PSP version of Eternal Punishment never got a western release, just as the PSX version of Innocent Sin, the first of the Persona 2 duology, never got a western release.
Early Persona games are a bit weird. I think Eternal Punishment was the 2nd Persona 2, correct? If so, it never got released in the west on PSP. Only the first one did.
