Why is there a lack of consoles and portables?

I've been using this site for a year now and I love it, but after seeing PS3 games be added, I wonder, why is there no Xbox games? Nor the PSVita or older handhelds like the Gamegear. I'd really appreciate an answer, have an awesome day :D
