Just checked the vault, and there are a handful of other PS3 games which have also been labelled as unlicensed.
I think these are all of them:
- Dead Space 1 and 2
- Grease Dance
- Green Day: Rock Band
- John Woo Presents Stranglehold
- Steins;Gate
- Stormrise
- Street Fighter IV
- Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 and 13
As far as I know, the PS3 versions of Dead Space 1 and 2 are licensed PS3 games. Is this an error in the vault?
