I checked for myself, and there doesn't seem to be any settings that need to be set. So... yeah. Maybe ask on reddit (just don't mention about the fact that you downloaded it or you might be banned from the subreddit).
You should visit the Dolphin Emulator reddit group, as they probably have more answers. Just search the game with "Dolphin Emulator" attached to see if there are any quirks with the game that require certain settings to be enabled/disabled.
