That's a PSN title, so it won't be added to the vault until Vimm makes a vault for PSN content (Which is fairly hard, considering the sheer amount amount of content available).
Anyway, for now it is possible to download PSN content directly from Sony's servers. Look at NoPayStation or PSNDL.
