Sorry, I forgot that the filter menu only shows up when browsing "first-letter" categories (The letter filters at the top of each vault). It would be nice if the front page of each console's vault could be sorted by region as well.
I did not find a region filter (maybe I overlooked it) but when I hit search different regions games did indeed show up and I was able to upload one of the games I had. Thank you very much and I hope that your answer helps other people as well.
