Under File, click Open New Multiplayer Window, and then load a game in each window.


To be honest, I have had more luck with VisualboyAdvance though.

I'm playing Fire Red through the mGBA emulator, and I would like to play Leaf Green through the same emulator and trade pokemon between them.

Anyone know how to do this?
